The mobile app

Every lead your receptionist captures buzzes your phone the moment the call ends — tap to see the details and call the customer back.

Install ClearLine365

The portal installs straight to your home screen — no app store needed: open clearline365.com on your phone, then tap Add to Home Screen on iPhone or Install on Android. (A native iOS app is in an invited TestFlight beta, with Android coming — if you've been invited, install it from your TestFlight invite instead.) Either way, sign in with the same email and password you set when you activated your account.

Turn on notifications

Allow push notifications when prompted. This is how the app alerts you the instant a lead comes in — even after hours.

Work every lead from your pocket

When a call ends, you get an alert with everything your receptionist captured:

  • Caller name, number, and the job they need
  • Whether it's urgent or a standard estimate
  • The full transcript — plus the call recording, on every plan
  • Call back with one tap — or read the message and follow up later
